What material are snowboard boots and how can I paint them?
I just bought a used pair of Burton Moto Snowboard boots, but it doesn't match the color of my snowboard. What material are the boots made out of? And what can I use to paint my boots black without it chipping or running when riding in the snow?

Painting your boots would ruin them. Don't do it, it doesn't matter if they don't match your snowboard, anyway your snow pants and bindings will cover them so they are rarely seen.

Will burton large mission est bindings fit my 155 burton clash snowboard?
large mission est bindings from burton fit a 2010 size 155 clash snowboard from burton with size 11.5 burton moto boots. since the mission won't fit, I k ow the freestyle will but they are sold out on Burton, and not on Sierra, I've made the clash my choice of board where can I get freestyle bindings?

Hey, im sorry to tell you it wont. There is not a conversion system for est to 3-d. Theres only a platform for 4 hole and 3d bindings to est, called the retro plate. So your best op is to get a new est board. I would recomend buying a hero for all mountain, custom for all mountain, or fix for park. Go to sierrasnowboards.com a custom is only 280 now. The other opp is to replace ur bindings which would cost maybe 200$. I would sugguest getting a full est setup because it gives you better feel for the board, and the b3 gel cusion helps with landing bigger tricks. It also reduces amount of hard plastic between your board, boots and yourself.

I need size 7 mens snowboard boots. Will any brand of boot work?
My son is 12 and his board has K2 V8 Bindings size SM (mens small/medium). He had Burton Moto boots before but they are too small now. Can I buy any brand boot? Why do some look so skinny, almost like a whole different type of boot..eg airwalk brand? I keep finding used ones on ebay and we need to stay VERY cheap so I am wondering if I have to get Burton again or why some look so different?

The brand makes no difference. However boots are the most important part of your snowboard setup. You can have a $1000 board but if your boots dont fit right you might as well be riding a $50 piece of crap. For boots to fit right when standing upright they should feel a little small and uncomfortable. But when you bend your knee forward they should fit perfect. Hope this helps.

You could look into a pair of speed laces. I have a pair of salomon maori dark with speed laces and love them.
